Management has identified eight (8) original softcover titles currently being sold by third-party retailers (Amazon and affiliated sellers) without authorization. All distribution licenses for these titles were revoked in 2023. Management confirms that the Organization received zero revenue or royalties from these unauthorized sales during the 2024 fiscal year.
To mitigate further misappropriation and ensure compliance with Florida Statute 496.415, the Organization has moved all subsequent releases—including one exclusive title in 2024 and three additional titles in late 2025—to a restricted private-sale model. This ensures that all charitable assets are fully tracked and verified as required by Florida’s charitable solicitation laws.5. Cookies and Third-Party Tracking
